FREE Delivery Within Australia

DELIVERY DELAYS - NOVEMBER - DECEMBER 2019

Please be advised that due to the busy trading period, Australia Post are experiencing higher than usual order volumes which has resulted in some delays to usual delivery timeframes.

PRE-CHRISTMAS DELIVERY

Order by Monday 16th December for delivery in time for Christmas. Delivery times may vary depending on location.


Colorado Shoes are pleased to offer FREE shipping within Australia for all orders. 

Orders placed on or after Wednesday 11th December 2019 will be shipped via StarTrack Premium. Delivery to metropolitan areas usually takes 1-4 business days from the date of dispatch. Please allow up to 10 days for delivery to remote areas. 

Orders placed prior to Wednesday 11th December 2019 will be shipped via Australia Post Standard. Please allow 2 - 10 days for delivery from the date of dispatch, longer during peak sale times. 

All orders are dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse.

As all orders must be signed for on delivery, we are unable to deliver to PO boxes.

International Delivery

For delivery to New Zealand please change your country at checkout to New Zealand from the drop down and a $15 International shipping rate will added to your order.

All New Zealand orders are exempt from paying Australian GST and this amount will be deducted off your order once you've entered your New Zealand address during checkout.

Customs, Duties and Taxes information for New Zealand: Orders to New Zealand greater than AUD$220.00 are likely to incur NZ customs charges and taxes. These charges can be significant and are a minimum of NZD$60.00. These charges and taxes are subject to change at any time and are dependent on exchange rates and government legislation. Neither Colorado nor our couriers have control over these charges. Colorado will not declare international orders as a "Gift".

If you do intend to place multiple orders to avoid paying the excess charges we recommend placing the orders more than 2 business days apart. This avoids the potential of having New Zealand Customs link any 2 shipments and still charge you for customs purposes. You are wholly liable for the payment of all customs charges and taxes. The items will be held and will not be released for delivery until all customs charges and taxes are paid. The order cannot be cancelled or returned to sender if held. All delivery charges are non-refundable unless the order contained faulty items.

Colorado does not deliver outside of Australia and New Zealand.
