All domestic orders are delivered via Australia Post or Star Track. All orders can be tracked via the Australia Post website here. Once your order has been dispatched you may receive status updates via email or SMS from our delivery partners.


All New Zealand orders are delivered via DHL and cannot be shipped to PO Boxes. Please ensure you provide a business or home address when completing your order.


What if I am not home when my parcel arrives?
All of our parcels will require a signature upon delivery. If you are not home to sign for delivery, our delivery partner will take your parcel to your local Post Office for collection. Alternatively, you may provide us with authority to leave the parcel at a safe place at your chosen address, by ticking the box at the checkout.
How do I change my delivery address after my order has been placed?
We sadly cannot always guarantee that your address can be changed before an order is dispatched, due to our automated processing system. However, we recommend that you call us as early as possible, to determine if the address can be changed in time. You can contact our Customer Service team on 1800 020 089, 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday (excluding VIC public holidays), or via our live chat service.
What is my tracking number?
Once your online order is dispatched you will receive an email from us to your nominated email address. This will include your delivery details, tracking number and a link that will allow you to track the status of your delivery. Should this be missing, please check your junk/spam folder in your email.
I have not received all of the items that I had ordered
We may fulfil your order from multiple locations, in this instance, your purchase will be split into multiple parcels. You will receive separate emails from Australia Post with separate tracking numbers for each parcel.In the event of a split parcels please be assured that you will not incur any additional shipping charges.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently offer international shipping to New Zealand for a flat rate of $15 for delivery on all orders. We do not deliver outside of Australia and New Zealand.
Why does my New Zealand order show a tax?
Effective 1 December 2019, we are now required to collect GST of 15% on orders to New Zealand due to government policy changes. Please note that orders over $1000 NZD in value may incur customs charges and taxes. You are wholly liable for the payment of all customs charges and taxes. The items will not be released for delivery until all customs charges and taxes are paid. More information is available here.
